Avantages
The environment is dynamic and the team top notch. The idea is so compelling I can't stop thinking about how we can get there faster and I can have a bigger impact on the organization. I have worked for four other companies and each felt like a job. Here, I look forward to coming to work and solving complex technical problems. As to the people, quality, supportive and engaged sums it up. Never have I seen a more supportive team. The culture is awesome.
Inconvénients
When your building an invoicing and payment company in the B2B space you have to meet the needs of vendors and customers, both big and small. That makes the product broad and prioritization particularly challenging. We have some fierce debates, and deciding where to allocate resources can be very hard. We never feel like we can go fast enough. That can sometimes be draining. Then again, the desire to go fast is underpinned in user demand and creating something truly special, so the feelings are always fleeting.
