      Avantages

      Working here, depending on the program can be very flexible and creates a nice work/life balance for you. Definitely room for growth. I find that many of my colleagues have been here for years and some have left and come back. Little to no micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      No room for negotiation in pay. Programs seldom communicate with each other within the agency so might experience difficulty transferring to another program.

      Great place with people who genuinely care about the patients they serve

      Inconvénients

      Only one nurse at a time, workload can become overwhelming despite the patient ratios being relatively low

      Pay & PTO could be better. They only give 5 hours per pay period of PTO
