      Avantages

      I like working for the small business as I get to work with flexible hours. He's optimistic and I am looking forward to seeing what happens.

      Inconvénients

      Really had to come up with cons in the business. I would suggest that we start having meetings on a daily basis instead of bi-weekly.

      Avantages

      Management only cares about the quality of work and making sure every customer is happy. Other than that, everyone is laid back.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes it can get stressful but everything is great.

      Avantages

      The pay was pretty good ($25/hr) if you don't consider how much they actually charge the clients. The clients were great, maybe a little pushy sometimes. Teaching the classes was a lot of fun. Curriculum was easy to learn and company was nice to you.

      Inconvénients

      I got tons of customer referrals, and both I and the new clients were supposed to be compensated for that, but it never happened or I had to remind someone 3 or 4 times. Boss was hard to get a hold of a lot of times. Communication was almost zero between employees and management so you were on your own most of the time.
