Onsite supervision always present and approachable. They set a good example by being the first one onsite and the last one to leave.
Superintendent was always helpful if there was a question about the design. If he didnt know the answer then he made it a priority to find out.

Equipment and material. Getting materials and fuel seemed to be held up on funding.
Payroll, always a challenge. Checks would constantly bounce. after a lot of bad noise and penalties, getting paid was a joy.
