      Avantages

      Good place to learn if you try "hard" enough and go beyond your assigned tasks. I am in debt of this company in terms of skill sets I built up during my employments .

      Inconvénients

      There is something fundamentally wrong in the top two level executive mentalities. You can obviously sense that CEO and CFO running exclusively company at their own best short term interests with no care about the long term goals, employees and sustainability.

      Avantages

      Not a lot of meetings, opportunity to do a lot of work.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of people left company, voluntarily or not. Reaching point where very difficult to make any real project advance.
