      Remote working and flex hours

      Inconvénients

      Bad working climate, all responsibilities lie on specific employees and as a result the sharing responsibilities was bad. Furthermore The job description had other responsibilities than the ones you perform. Finally the payment of salary (especially the extras) was often late.
