It's a product development company into insureTech industry. No technical tasks, for the name sake we are technical resources, but we always have do insert delete and update, nothing more than that. Selfish management, the upper management always thinks about themselves. They always calls we are family, but the upper management just take the benefits and will not give to anyone else. We have Mr who is a big egoistic and always feel that he is the only responsible person and everyone else just exploits the office benefits though there is no benefits at all. Takes advantage of the corona virus, though the company is earning a lot and growing, CEO announced there will be no hikes for indian employees, but announces bonus to their US employees. Office doesn't have clean environment, we don't have tissue paper in toilets, so think how hygiene they maintain. So at the end I will say this is not the company for techies, if you want to just stay without any growth then this is the company for you. As we have lot of people working here for last 10+ years, who can't go anywhere else. You will find couple of 5 star reviews, all those were given by their HR not the employees. So be aware and take good decisions.
