      Avantages

      I feel that the company is trying to build a strong culture by rewarding years of service, social hour, flexible work hours, ping pong table, basketbal hoop, xbox etc. There are many people that is working here longer than 35+ years which I think speaks for itself. Commute was a breeze if you drive north in the morning and south in the evening. Management is in process of implementing career path for every positions.

      Inconvénients

      I can't think of any Cons because there isn't any.

      Avantages

      •An extremely strong company culture with values that are far more than just words on a marketing flyer. •Genuine opportunities for career advancement and low employee turnover rates. Employees have a reason to stay. •Leadership that listens to feedback and acts on it. •A fun and flexible work environment. Most positions are hybrid but the Denver office has plenty of company events and perks for in-office days.

      Inconvénients

      •Insurance is a timeless industry. Being a technology company in this market means some things move extremely fast, while others move slow.

      Avantages

      Has good training program. Nice building in Denver. Has some good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Very sales driven without caring about their customers experience. Locking customers to contracts they are not aware of the small lines.
