      Avantages

      The people who work at Verrex are the main reason most people stay. For the most part, everyone gets along well with one another which makes it much easier to work together.

      Inconvénients

      There isn’t always the best communication across departments and with regards to project and service visit updates. A lot of necessary information is not provided to technicians until the last minute when working on an install or a service call.

      Inconvénients

      High cost for health coverage Pay scale does not quite match workload Minimal COL salary increases, no performance based bonuses High turnover for install and service technicians
