Avantages
Everyone in the company is focused on the customer / execution. The company established rigorous Agile fundamentals and management attends all of our Sprint Reviews. If there are any issues/concerns, they are brought up during these reviews and other recurring meetings that we have as part of our Agile processes. If anyone is a weak player, it quickly becomes evident during these reviews and in the metrics. Note: In looking at the recent negative post, I felt compelled to post this review b/c it seems that someone is posting slanderous information. I completely disagree with what they are saying - Managers/Owners are very reasonable and fair when it comes to employees needs, work environment, overtime, etc.
