Avantages
The Company has gone through some hard times in the last few years, and with that comes a lot of restructuring and layoffs, so I really don’t fault the bad reviews they’ve been getting here. However, we are now finally in the recovery phase and better days are upon us, and I happen to join during this time. Even with this rebuilding phase we’re in where there are still a lot of work and deliverables, I feel incredibly supported in my role and have true work/life balance. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, and even though I’m remote there is a true sense of community still. I can only speak for my team, but it has been a great experience working with Veradigm this far. Other pros: unlimited PTO, recharge days, 401k match is decent, good healthcare, stock comp.
Inconvénients
- The bonus is decent but it’s not the highest I’ve seen
- Hours can be long depending on the time of the year, but is expected
- Have to figure a lot of things by yourself, so have to be a self starter
