      Relaxed place, free Friday lunch, travel for some, flexible hours, competitive pay

      Inconvénients

      No real direction or policies as a company, no real management, no work evaluations, no documented processes, no discipline, very poor communication, raises appear based on favoritism not work

      Avantages

      Excellent place to work with friendly and engaging community The higher ups are all genuinely good folks Small pods means a lot of freedom in determining how many teams work Remote is a huge bonus Consultancy work means I get to see a lot of different clients and workflows without having to find new jobs The growth sessions at the end of the day provide dedicated time for learning which is really great

      Inconvénients

      None come to mind really. Love it here.
