      Avantages

      Very understanding of personal time, need to leave early, flexible working hours.

      Inconvénients

      You'll NEVER get a raise unless you ask. Only 1 annual review in 6 years and raises are only given when asked or threaten to quit. Also, empty promises for maintaining loyalty.
