      Avantages

      Wonderful coworkers, room to grow, lots of learning opportunities, great pay. What more could I ask for?

      Inconvénients

      As a project manager, you do a lot of solar letters which can be repetitive, but thats the only con.

      Avantages

      Vector was a great company to grow, be challenged, and felt like your voice was heard. I appreciated the helpful coworkers, but especially loved having one on one interviews with management to feel like my voice was heard. Nothing but positives to say about the company. More importantly, I felt like I was able to grow and be challenged in good ways.

      Inconvénients

      I don't think I have any cons.
