      Avantages

      - Semi-flexible hours - Hourly compensation with plenty of opportunities for overtime - Full benefits, bonus, and quarterly profit sharing - Hybrid work schedule allowed - Fantastic onboarding and continual training of employees

      Inconvénients

      For me, the only downsides were the commute and the local weather. If housing were more affordable and I could avoid the local winters, then this would be the perfect job.

      Avantages

      Vector was a great company to grow, be challenged, and felt like your voice was heard. I appreciated the helpful coworkers, but especially loved having one on one interviews with management to feel like my voice was heard. Nothing but positives to say about the company. More importantly, I felt like I was able to grow and be challenged in good ways.

      Inconvénients

      I don't think I have any cons.
