      Avantages

      They have a very helpful manager she went out of her way to help me with issues I was having. Definitely went above and beyond I do appreciate all of her help.

      The work is challenging, The people work hard, they are a great and fun group of people

      It changed a bit when they got purchased but that is the nature of life

      - Paid hourly but guaranteed 40 hrs per week

      Inconvénients

      - Actual fly days was 2-3 days per week - Average 6 hours per week flying
