Outside IR35 contract, not much of process and compliance overheads like large recruitment outfits

No body is above law - and VRL did not honor the contract.
Their terms on the contract doc says "paid on paid" - which is a joke and never seen anywhere, and I hope they will change it.
2 stars becuase I know them since 2002.
