No Pros . WorkLife balance is like hell. No work. Every Day only discussion no execution. And yes they write they are AGILE but no agile practice.
Inconvénients
Working here was like a dream of hell. S. management asked me to lower down the package or put down the paper other wise forcefully they will fire me as well as they will not give experience letter also. The person who told me that was also got fired. This was most hilarious. No job security. Some manager are very bad in nature. Upper management is sleeping. Firing of employees without any reason. Company is driven by personal relation Not on professional relation. No value to work. Hike will be given to the buttering people. I suggest if you working in a good MNC please dont think of valtech. They will hire you and then they will not utilize you and then one last day they will fire you. Pathetic
