7yI apologize that you had a negative experience when you were with us.
We are committed to continually improving our culture and our overall employment experience. Our time off policy is in place to allow people to take the time they need and the hope is that their work is able to be covered while they are out of the office. The work/life balance here is hard to quantify as it means something different to every individual. That being said, we are committed through multiple policies and internal initiatives to providing a solid work/life balance for every employee.
As with any position there is a consistent focus on training. This is no different for our managers, directors, and executives. We all have a lot to learn as we continue in our careers.
