      Avantages

      Leadership team has 25+ years of experience in the industry. Surrounded by a friendly team in a great Madison location. Lots of flexibility and open ears that actually listen to concerns or issues that come up.

      Inconvénients

      No huge downsides. It would be nice to see more volunteer and social events for staff offered.

      Avantages

      Valicom is a very values-driven company and it goes to show in their success and extremely low employee turnover. Benefits are good and the culture is very flexible and relaxed. Employees are treated like family and valued with various incentives and celebrations.

      Inconvénients

      The only con is the size of the organization but that is also why there are so many exceptional benefits. Overall it's an excellent place to work, everyone seems to love it!
