It all comes down to your manager and the team you're on whether you need to be in the office. - My manager was a super micromanager. It got so draining that I couldn't take it anymore. My manager made many rude and condescending comments over the years and tended to talk behind others backs, which I thought was very unprofessional. - I didn't get a raise in two years.
