Avantages
- Work flexibility, allowed to WFH roughly 3 days a week. Also had the opportunity of working abroad during the pandemic. - Generally nice and friendly group of people across all job functions and levels. You'd always find the odd ones in every organization and a bit of politics but I didn't find it to be a particular issue at VIPR. - Generally quite diverse staff both ethnically, gender wise and from different industrial background which made working there interesting and dynamic. - Forward thinking Management, always looking to expand geographically and technologically.
Inconvénients
- Busy. Work, life balance can get a bit strained if you're not careful. But I find it's just a matter of you setting the right expectations with other teams in terms of what is realistically achievable in a given period. Giving the right deadlines to clients. And ensuring your deadlines aren't at the expense of your team/others working out of hours. Can become a slippery slope.
