Avantages
A large percentage of employees stay for years. The executive team works hard to make it an inclusive environment. The staff is all very friendly.
Inconvénients
It is a small company and because not many people leave, there is not a lot of advancement opportunity, but if you are looking for a long-term career, this is a great company.
