      Inconvénients

      Management is terrible, lies, and forgets to do their tasks. Then they ask you for the status of that tasks. They promise raises but don't follow through. Management lacks clear communication and transparency. Unaware how it has occurred, but management is dependent on subordinates for knowledge of how to complete tasks.

      Management truly cares about their employees, they give support however they can to help you succeed and excel. The culture is superb.

      Nice people, some nice events

      Inconvénients

      Will throw any responsibility at you without upping your pay and when you ask for a raise, they say you need to take on more responsibility
