      Avantages

      Good benefits, pay is alright

      Inconvénients

      Management is poor , owner is very controlling and unprofessional amongst employees , there is no funding for you to properly do your role, as well as the lines being blurred as to what you are actually responsible for. No accountability at all and if you raise your nose at a issue it will go unheard and you will be targeted. Ownership is unethical. You will be over worked and underpaid. Toxic work environment (inner office drama)

      They didn’t know what was going on most of the time

      Inconvénients

      Had to provide your own vehicle and they would try every way to not compensate for whatever drive to our clients

      Avantages

      We always got paid on time.

      Inconvénients

      For the amount of work and traveling we did as technicians, we felt as though we weren’t getting the proper pay. We were sent to client sites that would required parking passes and because the company didn’t want to do their part in getting these for us we would get parking tickets/fines because we would have to park in closer proximity’s because we were traveling with a lot of equipment. We would put our personal money into the “company van” and told we couldn’t be reimbursed for it because “we” used the vehicle to perform our job.
