      Avantages

      Good people with great work ethic and a desire to learn.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO is actively abusive to his employees — there's no way to soften it; he is causing real and lasting damage to the morale of his staff as well as the reputation of the company. Nothing else at the company will get better until this is addressed.

      Being able to work remote

      Inconvénients

      Small volume of projects for freelancers. Ok for students who only want to work once in a while but definitely not suitable for people that want to become full-time freelancers.
