Avantages
* a team of highly qualified colleagues
* a good starting point to learn the trade of UX
* a wide array of clients (Elsevier, Philips, Tribal DDB, smaller firms) where you can gain experience and add to your portfolio
Inconvénients
* they pretended to be a design agency, but they mostly do consulting/outsourcing. This means you will end up working anything from a couple of days to multiple years at an external location, but not with any of your colleagues.
* the bosses are very conservative and therefore stifle any type of innovation, such as ideas coming from the employees. This is very frustrating.
* as you are working outside, there is hardly any contact with other colleagues, which is a shame. The management didn't seem to encourage this, as they seemed more focus on making money.
