      Teamwork environment. Everyone pulls together and jumps in whenever asked without hesitation. Ability to make things happen with creative approaches and contribute to overall growth - individually and company-wise. Management encourages communication.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of defined processes can be frustrating at times, but at the same time that offers opportunity to share ideas and contribute beyond ones role.

      Avantages

      US eDirect is a fast growing company. The opportunity to grow in the company is progressive. There are several opportunities to learn which makes the job easier in certain aspects. Staff is friendly. The ability to work from home is a plus!

      Inconvénients

      For new employees, training needs to be stronger. It would be more beneficial to the employee (and the company) to have someone who can train the new employees in the department they were hired for. Certain processes need more attention than others.
