      Avantages

      - Pay was fine - Mostly good people, at least when I was there - Decent tools

      Inconvénients

      - Constant priority shifting with leadership - Discrimination against people who take parental leave - Dishonest politicians are promoted or hired into senior leadership positions. - Lack of common sense in strategy - Surprisingly anti-remote for a company that provides jobs to remote contractors - Upwork had my previous review removed. Be warned that the score is inflated due to negative reviews being targeted.

      Avantages

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Inconvénients

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
