      Salary for full time is decent; benefits are solid as well

      Its easy to get caught up in company politics; there's are still 2 camps internally, and they dont always get along

      Avantages

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Inconvénients

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
