      Good to go and it's very profiessional and very good to work and I am really enjoying the work with Upwork and all the stuff

      It's hard to do that but I am quite satiisfied with it and its been 5 years I am working on

      Avantages

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Inconvénients

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
