      Avantages

      Best group of professional, ethical, and fun employees I have experienced in years.

      Inconvénients

      Management just filed for dissolution; debts outweigh assets enough that the owner has abandoned the company and turned over to the courts to decide which debts will get paid. He managed to time it so he avoided paying employees their salaries for the last month; fired everyone the day before payday.

      Avantages

      Company has some of the best minds in the government contracting space. Very engaging, and rewards self-starters. Also compensation package is highly competitive.

      Inconvénients

      The company will not support people who are not self-driven. So individuals hoping to get training or learning from others will lag behind. Also work hours can be extreme, especially during proposal season, where work can extend to long daily hours, and over the weekends.

      Avantages

      I worked with an amazing team that was able to accomplish great success. Unfortunately, the owners ran off with the money and left everyone in the lurch.

      Inconvénients

      The company didn't pay their distributors, partners and in the end the employees. Not sure where all that money went but they burned a lot of people.
