      Able to pick up OT easily and decent incentives

      Inconvénients

      Unsafe staffing, only CNA on the floor most of the time with numerous 1:1 patients not being able to be supervised. When concerns were expressed to management it fell on deaf ears. The pay is low

      Amazing team, great support, provided tools to learn and very hands on experience. Use a lot of critical thinking and problem solving

      Nurses in the ER are very supportive of the Techs

      Management has different expectations everyday.
