      Avantages

      The care teams and hospital staff were excellent despite the limitations placed on them. Overall a good place to start your career.

      Inconvénients

      Supervisors and upper management lacked basic soft skills. Some even had narcissistic tendencies. In the end it's a tribal environment.

      The only thing about this place is my coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Training. Management. Definitally have favorites. Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
