      Unity is family-owned and staffed by compassionate, committed staff who bring an idealistic, non-profit energy to this for-profit company.

      Inconvénients

      Only cons are some growing pains consequent to success, as the company adapts its highly relational modes of communication and management to larger organizational size.

      Flexibility, Some benefits are good, co workers were nice

      Inconvénients

      HIGH TURNOVER, inequal distribution of work duties, lack of professionalism, lack of support from management, inconsistency, poor compensation for on call.
