      Avantages

      The only positive thing was my coworkers

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, overworked, allow violence amongst staff, over-promise & under deliver. Raises are scarce. Workload is plenty. Constant turnover due to unqualified nurse manager.

      Flexible schedule, great upper management support, and well supported team environment.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of travel, and regular on call.

      Flexibility, Some benefits are good, co workers were nice

      Inconvénients

      HIGH TURNOVER, inequal distribution of work duties, lack of professionalism, lack of support from management, inconsistency, poor compensation for on call.
