Great place to work, not perfect - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Unity

This is John Riccitiello. Thanks for the 4* review. I strongly believe in promoting a diverse team and making sure everyone feels comfortable and included at work, regardless of age, gender, preferences, political POV. While i am generally liberal in my personal politics, i often find myself right-of-center in SF. That aside, I avoid mixing work with politics, and make sure we don't promote events and programs that might be viewed as "political" other than those designed to promote diversity and inclusion. And -- I 100% believe and support the idea that those with centrist and right political views are very welcome at Unity. Somehow, you have come to feel otherwise. Not sure what the reason is, but i would be happy to chat to you about it, and learn what gave you that impression and then do what might be needed to ensure no one feels out of place, regardless of political viewpoint.
