Avantages

Laid back atmosphere, catered lunches and great company parties.

Inconvénients

Seemed to lack direction and recognition of employees. Seems a little to eager to pump up their brand without anything too substantial to stand upon.

We have a very clear direction of where we are headed on our roadmap of Democratizing Game Development, Solving Hard Problems and Enabling Success and love to share that. Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

Inconvénients

Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
