      Shorter hours of operation than most banks

      Inconvénients

      Severe understaffing. Running some branches with 2 people total. Unable to use the restroom or take breaks.

      Free Lunches, community volunteering opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism, unfair treatment including discrimination, poor management both at top level and middle level. Must be in with the big people to be liked and keep your job. Unfair team terminations and HR is in with the executives versus reviewing the back up for termination reasons.
