      Avantages

      They pay is decent. They also do feed you. You will gain industry knowledge. There are good people within the company. There will be plenty of equipment to rent, and prices are competitive.

      Inconvénients

      They tend to hire management, that are not qualified for the industry with no experience. There is a great deal of turnover.

      Avantages

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Inconvénients

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
