      Avantages

      Je n'ai jamais gagné moins de 100 000 $. Peek gagnait 250 000 $, mais c'est une bataille. Pas beaucoup de temps libre et quand vous n'êtes pas là, le téléphone sonne, vous envoyez des SMS, des e-mails. C'est ce que vous en faites.

      Inconvénients

      Il faut travailler dur pour ce que l'on obtient, sans jours de congés. Personne ne se soucie de vous et vous êtes facilement remplaçable. Taux de rotation très élevé. 9 ans dans ce domaine et 16 ans dans le secteur. Les vacances sont un minimum. Mais investissez votre temps et vous y arriverez.

      Avantages

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Inconvénients

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
