      Great benefits and depending on position will furnish a vehicle, phone, and laptop.

      Inconvénients

      If you’re not part of the club don’t expect much. Even greatly exceeding sales plan year after year you will still need to make sure you make the right friends.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
