      Exposed to all aspects of the business cycle.

      Inconvénients

      There was poor management leadership and many of the employees didn't get along. The manager seemed to encourage the division amongst the employees.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
