      Avantages

      This is a great company to work for! They are very family oriented and very safety driven. The have great programs like the Compassion Fund to help fellow colleges in need.

      Avantages

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Inconvénients

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
