      Avantages

      Transparency but not well explained. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Definitely an office job.

      Learning curve is steep. Structure was very dependent on communication but everyone was so busy. They tired

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
