      Good on site team, friendly and easy to get along with, good maintenance teams across the estate

      Inconvénients

      Racism comments galore with project managers, 1 situation even after I reported they covered it up, shows that white skin is more valued than others Unqualified managers in the projects team, not willing to take on feedback and dismissive of others
