It's a place if you want to work for if you value the work/life balance the most. Most people are friendly and nice, some talented, some working hard, some innovative. Overall work environment is comfortable but not motivating. A significant portion of employees, including many managers, are just doing some work to kill the time since they are simply couting the days til retirement. The downsizing so far has got rid of most of the people who actually did some work. High manangement is terrible, busy with political fights, no time to think about making some useful products at all. The company is not going anywhere with existing management, employees, products, and plans.
