      Avantages

      - Having the flexibility to be able to work remote if needed - Family / team culture - Working together (cross-team) to solve issues / answer questions

      Inconvénients

      - Could improve on communication with regards to some support tickets - Eliminate some of the apps / software we use so we are not scattered all over the place with different tabs opened

      Not great at future planning. Often unclear what next quarter would look like in terms of serving markets.
