Avantages

- Well... it's gaming... - Still some very competent people, but rarely within positions of power. - Appreciable work/life balance outside of production crunch.

Inconvénients

Stuck in its old glory, the company struggles to reinvent itself. - Lack of courage to take strong decisions. - Difficulties to foster creativity (still chasing the trends instead of creating new ones) - Salaries significantly below competition (including in the gaming market). - Dubious (or should I say scandalous) DEI policy that seems to artificially try to overcompensate for the "revelations" of 2020, or simply advertise their brand new virtue. - If you are in trouble, it's unlikely you will find support from HR. They are mostly here to prevent the company from having problems with you. - Neverending reorgs and changes...

Avantages

Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

Inconvénients

Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
