      Avantages

      The general mood in the studio is great and lots of benefits (profit sharing, stock, discounts on various activities, flexible work hours and partial remote work ...) The flexibility and understanding in the studio is yet to be matched in another company for me.

      Inconvénients

      The pay for this type of job in a tech industry is fairly low especially considering the cost of living in the city the studio is in.

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
